HATTERSLEY FC is targeting going on to bigger and better things in 2020.
The club ended the decade in a good position after its most successful year ever.
Hattersley’s Under-13s completed a glorious treble while its U10s, U11s and U16s all walked away with trophies.
But chairman Gareth Howell revealed the club is looking to get even bigger over the next 12 months.
He said in a statement: “With new coaches joining us we are optimistic for the growth and the future of the club.
“Our mini academy is producing teams at U7 and U8 for this season and they are now both taking part in their first seasons and both winning games.
“Our new open age Spartak team starting the season well and open age team having an up turn in results.”
Hattersley are looking to expand their open age section in the coming year.
Off the field, the club is also enjoying a boom after agreeing partnerships with printing firm Zippo and DJ Artingstall optometrist.
It also has a special event on Friday, March 6 as it hosts a sportsman’s dinner with former Liverpool defender Neil Ruddock at the Premier Lounge in Audenshaw.
